Who we are
This site is operated by Fusion Fueled, LLC ("Fusion Fueled", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in Utah, United States. You can reach us about privacy questions at contact@fusionfueled.com.
Information we collect
Information you submit
When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, optional company name, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Server and log data
Our hosting and backend platforms record standard web-server request data when your browser requests a page or submits the contact form, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and response status.
The contact service itself writes one or two short log lines per submission, and those lines contain nothing beyond a randomly generated request identifier, the response status, a short outcome code, and how long the request took. They do not include your name, email address, company, or message, and they do not include your IP address: the abuse rate limiter holds only a one-way hash of it, in memory.
Analytics
We use no analytics. This site loads no analytics script, sets no analytics cookie, and makes no request to any third-party server. We do not profile you and we do not track you across sites. If we ever add a privacy-first, cookieless analytics provider, we will name it here and describe what it measures before we turn it on.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies and stores no persistent identifiers in your browser for advertising, analytics, or behavioral profiling.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing email. We do not add form submitters to a mailing list.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers needed to run the site and deliver your message.
- Google Firebase Hosting, which serves this site's pages and files.
- Google Cloud Run, which runs the service that receives your contact-form submission.
- Resend, which delivers that submission to us as email.
Selling or sharing personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate potential work, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. The retention period depends on the nature of the conversation and whether it develops into a client relationship. When we no longer need the correspondence, we delete it where reasonably practicable.
Server logs are held on a rolling 30-day window by our providers and then discarded.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
The contact service keeps its email-provider API key in Google Secret Manager rather than in source code or configuration, and runs under a dedicated service identity whose only granted permission is to read that one secret. Submissions are delivered to a single internal mailbox. Contact-form content is excluded from our application logs, as described above.
Your privacy rights
You can ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion. We consider those requests whether or not a privacy law requires us to, but we may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, recordkeeping, resolving disputes, or meeting legal obligations.
Write to contact@fusionfueled.com. If possible, use the address you used to contact us. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request is yours, but please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we ask for them. We will respond within the period required by applicable law or, when no specific period applies, aim to respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will explain why when the law requires it or when we can reasonably do so.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across third-party websites, so we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
The site is operated from the United States and information submitted to us is processed there. We do not target the site to individuals in the European Union.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be described here.
